Staycation Creation was founded by Mike and Reagan Milton, a husband-and-wife team proudly rooted in Fairhope, Alabama. High school sweethearts, we’ve grown together through every chapter of life, and now we bring that same love and partnership into our family business.

Mike is a U.S. Army combat veteran who proudly served 21 years. His military career began in horizontal and vertical construction and later transitioned into recruiting, where he honed his ability to identify talent and build strong teams. Before his service, he attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe on a football scholarship, earning his degree in Construction Management. Even earlier, Mike spent summers and weekends working for a local pool builder—planting the seeds for the work he now loves. After retiring from the Army, he built his career in commercial construction and homebuilding, bringing that depth of knowledge and discipline to Baldwin County. Today, he is also proud to serve on the Board of Directors of the Baldwin County Home Builders Association.

Reagan, co-founder of Staycation Creation, began her career in nursing. Her background in care and compassion naturally extends into the business, where she brings warmth, organization, and a personal touch to every client relationship.

As parents of four children, we understand the importance of family spaces. Our mission is simple: to create places where families—just like ours—can gather, celebrate, and build lasting memories.
